"SERVICE ABOVE SELF" is the Rotary motto and is why the Rotary of Palm Beach celebrates the heroes that have served us. Please join us in honoring the heroes in your life with a symbol of freedom; the American Flag! 

 

During any given year we like to especially honor the health care workers, first responders, and others that serve both our life-saving and daily essential needs.  

 

Each American flag will represent our gratitude for a country of hope and a community that supports one another. Honor your hero with a business or personal sponsorship or with one or more individual 3' x 5' American Flags beautifully displayed with your tax-deductible donation. 

 

Individuals in all areas of our lives deserve recognition. Heroes may include anyone that has impacted your life, your community, or your country: a veteran, family member, or the cashier at your grocery store.

 A hero can be someone you admire or someone you would like to say "thank you" to.

When a FFH event is held purchase one or many American Flags to honor a group of individuals, companies, or hospitals if you do not have a specific person in mind. 

Town of Palm Beach FFH events generate revenue to award scholarships to the dependents of Town of Palm Beach General Employees. Rotary Club of Palm Beach Flags For Heroes projects will include the following.

Event Details:

  • Date TBD - installation of flags start up.

  •  Date TBD - additional installation of flags, if needed.

  • Date TBD - Flags flying high in Bradley Park for Palm Beach FFH events w/ ongoing indexing of flags for sponsor, hero & locations.

  • Date TBD -  Opening ceremony @ 5:00 PM (Subject to change). 

  • Date TBD -  Take down day for all flags and appurtenances.

* NOTE: Flags are not purchased by the flag sponsor.  Flags are owned by the Palm Beach Rotary Foundation and are flown in honor of the sponsor’s hero."

HONOR YOUR HERO

Honor your Hero today! You will be mentioned on our website, social media, printed media, and press releases for your contribution and your hero's flag will fly high during the dates of  February 6th - 15th 2023. ​

LOCATION

For Town of Palm Beach FFH events Flags will be displayed at Bradley Park on Palm Beach. Bradley Park is located at the intersection of Royal Poinciana Way and Bradley Place (see map below). The address is 100 Bradley Place, Palm Beach, FL 33480. The flags will be raised on dates to be determined, and will remain up for up to one week or more, and taken down on a date or dates to be determined.
